By accessing the IHQPS website, enrolling in a program, or applying for a credential, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Some programs and credentials have specific eligibility requirements, including professional background or prerequisites. IHQPS reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse applications that do not meet documented criteria.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Learner Portal credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify IHQPS of any unauthorized use.
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. IHQPS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided if cancellation is on our end.
Applying for a credential does not guarantee awarding. Candidates must meet all eligibility, assessment, and documentation requirements as defined by the specific credential scheme.
All fees are published on the IHQPS website. Fees are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. IHQPS reserves the right to change fees, but paid registrations will not be affected.
Published fees may exclude applicable local taxes, duties, or levies. The learner is responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
IHQPS maintains a structured refund policy. We do not state that all payments are non-refundable. Specific refund timelines and percentages are detailed on the individual program page before payment.
Learners may reschedule live sessions according to the program's specific policy. IHQPS may reschedule events with prior notice. If IHQPS cancels an event, learners will receive a full refund or transfer to a future date.
Failure to attend a live session or complete a scheduled assessment without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in forfeiture of the fee for that specific session/assessment.
IHQPS is not liable for technical failures on the learner's end (e.g., internet connectivity). If a technical failure on IHQPS's end disrupts a live assessment, the assessment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Assessments must be completed independently unless group work is specified. Identity verification may be required. Violations of assessment rules will result in disqualification.
IHQPS takes a zero-tolerance approach to malpractice, plagiarism, identity fraud, or misrepresentation. Any confirmed incident will result in immediate disqualification, credential revocation, and potential legal action.
All educational materials, videos, graphics, and text provided by IHQPS are protected by copyright. Learners may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit materials without written consent.
Users must not use the IHQPS website or portal to upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other learners.
IHQPS reserves the right to suspend or revoke a credential if it is found that it was obtained fraudulently, or if the holder engages in professional misconduct that violates the institute's ethical standards.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing via the Contact Us form. IHQPS will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a resolution timeline based on the complaint's complexity.
Candidates may appeal assessment decisions or credential application outcomes within 14 days of receiving the decision. Appeals must be based on documented procedural errors or new evidence.
IHQPS liability is limited to the fees paid by the learner for the specific program or service. IHQPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its educational services.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of [REGISTRATION JURISDICTION REQUIRED]. IHQPS operates under the legal framework of this jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as required by the governing law.
IHQPS reserves the right to update these terms. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
